For tracking of shipment or lost passwords,
Our Standard U.S. Shipping is via USPS priority mail (and
occasionally by FED EX Ground) and costs $5.95 for orders under $65.
USPS (Priority mail or First Class mail or FED EX Ground) shipping is FREE on
all orders $65 and over within the U.S. and its territories. (This
includes PO boxes and APO addresses.) For Overnight, 2-day and International
orders, a shipping fee will be assessed as described in the Rush Shipping
In stock orders are generally shipped within one business day (expect
longer timelines for gift wrapping, large orders, or out of stock
items...please check your email as we will contact you if there is a problem
with your order). Orders are usually received within the U.S. within 2-7
business days. If you need guaranteed or faster service, consider our
2-day or Overnight shipping options.
Email Shipping Confirmation
You will receive an e-mail shipping confirmation when your order ships.
Back Order/Out of Stock
If any items in your order are OUT OF STOCK, you will be notified and given the option to cancel or given an approximate shipping date. Please check your e-mail and voice mail for our message. We may ship your in-stock items and back order the out-of-stock items for you. In that case, the standard shipping is free on any back ordered item(s).

Fed Ex Overnight or 2-day shipping is available throughout the CONTINENTAL U.S. on Fed Ex business days (Monday through Friday, except for scheduled holidays) as follows:
- 2-Day Fed Ex. service costs $15.95
- Overnight Fed Ex. service costs $27.95
(2 day Fed Ex. to ALASKA and HAWAII will be charged an additional fee of $15.95. Overnight to these locations is not available.)
Daily Rush Shipping Cut Off Times
Orders placed by 2:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST) Monday through Friday normally ship that day. After 2:00 pm orders may ship the following business day. (Fed ex business days are Monday thru Friday, except scheduled holidays.)
You may call us at 877-476-5789 to verify the fed ex pickup time for any given weekday.
Fed Ex. DOES NOT ORDINARILY DELIVER ON SATURDAY, so if you place an order for 2-day service after 2:00 PM EST on Wednesday or for overnight service after 2:00 PM EST on Thursday, you may not receive it until Monday.
If you must have it on Saturday, please e-mail or call us at 877-476-5789 or at firstname.lastname@example.org to make that arrangement and an additional fee will be assessed.
Rush Orders Placed on Friday or Saturday:Typically overnight orders placed on Friday after 2 pm EST ship the following Monday.
2-day and overnight orders placed on Saturday or Sunday ship the following Monday.
However, in some cases we may be able to ship orders placed late on Friday or early on Saturday morning on Saturday for receipt on Monday. Contact us at 877-476-5789 or at email@example.com to inquire if this service is available and to obtain a price quote.
Oversize Box Charge
We may assess an oversize box charge for certain very large packages. We will notify you if this applies to your order.
Must Have Dates
We appreciate having "Must Have" dates e-mailed to us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order. If we know that we cannot get your item(s) to you in time, we will contact you. Please check your voice mail and e-mail for our reply.

International Shipping is available
for a fee of $24.95 via Global priority mail or for
those countries that do not accept Global priority,
via standard air mail.
We charge $16.95 to ship to Canada and
$19.95 to the UK.
Two day and next day services may be available for an additional fee. Contact us by e-mail to obtain a quote.
Most orders are received within 5 to 12 days
of placing an order.
PLEASE NOTE: All customers are responsible for any tax or duty charges that may be assessed by their country's taxing authority. In our experience, duty is most often imposed on very large overseas orders. Occasionally an order is held by the government customs agency for your country, which means your order will be delayed in arriving to you.
We reserve the right to refuse to ship to any foreign location or to require customer paid insurance before shipment will be made.
We will charge additional postage for international express mail or other mail tracking services for very large or valuable orders. This will provide a tracking number in the event that your shipment does not reach you. We will notify you by e-mail if this applies to your order and you will have a chance to cancel your order.
Guarantee / Returns
It is of great importance to us at Solartex that all of our customers are satisfied with our products. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please call us at 1-877-4SOLRTX (1-877-476-5789), and we will be glad to arrange an exchange or refund (sorry, but we cannot refund your original shipping costs). Returns in new condition are gladly accepted within 60 days of purchase for exchange or refund. In the rare event that you experience a defect in any of our items, or you are dissatisfied for any other reason, please contact us to discuss an exchange or refund. If you wish to exchange an item for another item of equal or greater value, please note that in your return package, and we will send the replacement item to you via our standard shipping method with no additional shipping charge to you. If you provide the wrong address when you place your order, Solartex cannot be responsible for delivery of your shipment and you will not receive a refund unless the item is returned. Regardless of whether the item is returned you will still be charged shipping. If you need the item sent again, an additional shipping charge will be assessed.
