I ordered a a pair of UV protection swimming slacks. Due to my oversight, I ordered a pair without a drawstring. When I received it, it called Solartex and explained my mistake. The friendly gal told me no problem, just return them to us via regular mail. I was late in sending them back, since the post office is several miles from my home. Before I could get to the post office, I received a replacement pair from Solartex. How trusting of them! What a great company to treat their customers like this. After trying on the new pair, I decided that I needed a smaller size. Again, I spoke with the same friendly woman at the company, and she said she would send me out another pair - no questions asked. I told her since they had been so nice to me, I insist on paying the postage that they incurred due to my mistakes. She said it was only about $3 per shipment. So when I shipped back the 2 pairs to them, I enclosed a $20 bill. Wouldn't it be great if all companies treated their customers like Solartex?
